             Aðferð við að gera réttinn

           1. Hitaðu olíuna upp á háum hita og lækkaðu svo hitann niður í miðlungs hita.

  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           2. Bættu heilu kryddunum út í olíuna.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Þegar kryddin byrja að poppa (crackling) þá eru þau tilbúin. Gott er að hreyfa örlítið í kryddunum með þau eldast til að forðast bruna.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

           3. Bættu við lauknum og sykrinum og eldaðu þar til laukurinn er karamellu brúnn.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Að setja sykur flýtir fyrir því að brúna laukinn. Ef þú vilt sleppa sykrinum þá þarftu að elda laukinn lengur. Muna að hræra af og til í lauknum til að forðast bruna og að hann festist við pönnuna.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           4. Bættu við hvítlauk og engifer og steiktu í 1 mín á meðan þú hrærir vel í.
          &#xD;

  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           5. Bættu við möluðu kryddunum og hrærðu vel.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Hér viltu horfa á kryddin drekka í sig olíuna og svo sleppa henni lítilega aftur út þegar þau eru tilbúin.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           6. Bættu við tómatmaukinu og saltinu (eftir smekk) og eldaðu í 3-4 mín.
